Spider-man

Spider-man was another one of my early special interests, first blossoming during my time in the group home/treatment center. I used to have some shirts and a hat with Spider-man on it but I became an idiot sometime in 2022 and decided to get rid of them. I did this for two reasons:

  1. I thought I was over superheroes and that it wouldn't return
  2. I thought I was developing the ability to commit to a goth style, but alas, I am actually quite tired and broke.
  3. Styling takes both effort and money, both of which I possess very little of.
I wasn't expecting Peter Parker to make a comeback as a Brain Beast, but in April of 2023 I realized this is not the case and that the Beast shifts in cycles.
Also, I love to see Spider-folk go feral.

Bi-der-man

In my heart, Peter Parker is bisexual. I don’t care about evidence. He’s bi. I literally will not stand for anything else. Also, autistic and Jewish... also genderqueer. There's been a lot of different versions of Peter over the years. He's been written by so many different people which means it can be hard to pin down his character.

Spiderverse is a fucking masterpiece. alas. The current labour laws are not a masterpiece.

Clone Saga

It took me a while to read the clone saga, it's tough to find arcs in comics, especially the older stuff. Anyway, I love the clones maybe more than I like Peter Parker. Great Googleymoogley! My introduction to Kaine was reading the Spider-verse comics. Kaine plays a special role in my heart because look at him. I would recommend reading the Scarlet Spider runs over reading the clone saga, honestly. Scarlet Spider runs are pretty good, I think!
